I arrived in the Valley in 2011 to serve the Rio Grande Valley people and the communities through DLH, my nonprofit 501(c) (3) Public Service Corporation, promoting health and education throughout the Valley; this, until 2016; and from 2017 up to 2024 (Academic Year), I served UTRGV as a Clinical Assistant Professor, Director of Clinical Education, and Clinical Coordinator for UTRGV PA Department.
I have now disengaged from my UTRGV position to focus entirely on establishing DLH and fully implementing its Innovative Comprehensive Community Health Promotion and Education in the City of Pharr, where I began my community health engagement in the Valley.
I am very fluent in English Spanish and French, and I am determined to fight and advocate for the greater good of the City of Pharr, its residents, and surrounding communities, let alone the RGV at large.. DLH qualifies for a Federal Grant Application to acquire its target property in the City of Pharr from which I along with the DLH Team need endorsement. Let’s collaborate and work together to ratify this unprecedented Developmental and Value-based Project which benefits the City of Pharr and the Rio Grande Valley Region at large.
The following slides will walk you through my organized work and plan to make a difference in our Region.
I ‘m poised to relentlessly serve, advocate, and lobby for the greater good of the people and the communities of the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas.
Your Servant,
